Inclusions
Join me for a 90-minute weekday session in central Stockholm (location to be confirmed). You’re welcome to attend a single session or as many as you’d like—it’s entirely up to you!
The 90-minutes is broken down into:
— 20-mins Body: Guided movement session to ground yourself and tune into what needs your attention today.
— 20-mins Soul: Silent journaling or reflection session to express what’s on your heart and clear your mind.
— 20-mins Mind: Nourish your mind with learning and growth exercises that align with your goals.
— 30-mins Get IT Done: Tea, coffee, and a supportive community to help you stay accountable and get things done.
